    Start by filling out all the fields on the main page form, then click “Submit.”

    Step 2: Check Your Email
    Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email from us with the next steps and a link to book the package that best suits your trip.

    Step 3: Receive Your Draft Itinerary
    After you complete your booking, we’ll begin crafting your personalised itinerary. You’ll receive the first draft by email within 2–7 days, depending on the length and complexity of your trip.

    Step 4: Next Steps
    We’ll review the itinerary together through email or with add on video call and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your trip is just right!

  • Prices start at 19€ per day and per person

    Basic package: 19€ per day and per person

    Standard package: 29€ per day and per person

    Premium package: 39€ per day and per person

    Surcharge of 25€/person applies to each package for groups of 4 people or more

    Add ons are fixed 20€: 30 min video call and/or map with pins

  • You should get a first answer within 48h by email.

  • We will provide you with a draft within 2-7 days following your booking

  • No group discounts

  • Should your plans change during the trip. An additional 1 draft can be made for an additional cost of 50€

  • No bookings can be made through RoamAsia. Strictly planning and recommendations.

  • We does not offer trips outside Asia.

  • Yes: Basic package includes 2 drafts, Standard includes 3 drafts and Premium package includes 5 drafts

  • Trips planned are for adults only

  • Visa and travel insurance need to know information can be provided

  • Your budget should always be included in the form and will be discussed as part of the planning process.
