Term and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of travel planning services (“Services”) by [RoamAsia] (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you, the client (“you”, “your”). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Services

We provide travel planning and consultation services, including: Custom itinerary design, travel research and recommendations, suggestions for accommodations, transport, tours, dining, and activities, budget guidance
Please note: We do not make any reservations or bookings on your behalf. You are solely responsible for making all arrangements with third-party providers. 

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any contract without refund. 

3. Client Obligations

You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information required for planning, contact our services at minimum 2 months prior to departure date, make all bookings directly with third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tours), ensure that you meet all legal and health requirements for travel (visas, passports, vaccinations, insurance, etc.), to check your emails for all communications from us including spams

4. Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party travel services for your convenience, these are suggestions only and we are not responsible for their availability, quality, or conduct. You enter into contracts with third parties at your own discretion and risk.

5. Fees and Payment

All prices are currently indicated in euro. Prices will be further mentioned in the quote provided to the customer and are fixed and dependent on the package.  

All service fees will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in writing.
Full payment is required before delivery of the final travel plan.
Fees are non-refundable once planning has begun, unless required under Irish consumer protection law.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may request to cancel our services at any time by written notice. If work has already commenced no refunds may be available. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion, in accordance with Irish and EU law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from your travel or dealings with third parties. We are not liable for any errors or issues arising from third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All documents, plans, and content we provide are the intellectual property of RoamAsia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 (Ireland). Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all services provided thereafter.
